While the bulk of Disney’s Wilderness Lodge remains closed until June, Disney Vacation Club members can still stay in the Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas. Join us on a tour of our own two-bedroom Copper Creek Villa at this rustic resort inspired by the Pacific Northwest, by first watching our video below and then reading on for a closer look.

These villas were previously standard rooms that have been converted into villas, so they have an unexpected layout.

The entryway has a floor design reminiscent of the lobby.

There is lots of storage in the hallway.

This large closet has extra bedding, a laundry basket, safe, and the ironing set.

Across from the closet is the washer and dryer unit.

At the end of the hallway is a shelving unit with two drawers and wall hooks. Doors lead into the bathroom on either side of this unit.

It’s the perfect place to hang coats, bags, and masks.

To the left of the shelving unit is this bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

There are plenty of towel racks and hooks.

This shower has a swinging door.

A sliding door leads into the tub room, which connects directly to the main bedroom.

All four vanities in this villa are approximately the same size.

There’s a large work of glass art above the tub.

The light fixtures in this bathroom are a little different from the rectangular lanterns we saw in the first bathroom.

The room with the tub leads into the main bedroom.

To the right is some artwork and to the left is a large mirror.

Of course the artwork throughout the villa reflects the Pacific Northwest theming.

The mirror is just outside the bathroom.

The artwork to the side of the bed is actually the opposite side of the glass art above the tub. It is slightly translucent.

As you might expect from our previous room tours, the bedding at Copper Creek is all white.

This headboard looks like a tree stump or roots.

This bed is raised so there is storage space beneath it.

The end table has a shelf and a cabinet.

There is a light on each side of the bed, as well as lights directly above the bed. Both are controlled with switches next to the bed, and the overhead lights can be dimmed.

There’s both a dresser and a wardrobe.

Another mirror is above the desk, which has a stool for a seat instead of a full chair.

There are plenty of outlets on the desk.

On the other side of the villa is the double bedroom (we’ll return to the living room and kitchen below).

These beds also have some storage space.

The headboards have a beautiful carved design.

There’s a wall-mounted TV and a colorful blocky dresser.

Each drawer is a different color and has different handles for a unique design.

To the side is a small table and two chairs. Above them is a mirror and hanging light. There are also outlets on the wall above the table.

This bedroom has its own bathroom behind sliding mirror doors.

There are two sinks across from each other, so each person staying in the room has plenty of space.

There’s a walk-in closet next to one sink.

The vanities have marble tops with a cabinet, drawers, and open shelves beneath them.

The large mirrors have two lights hanging in front of them. Each vanity has a magnifying mirror mounted to the wall.

Through another sliding door is the toilet and shower.

There’s some totem artwork above the toilet.

The shower has a door that swings out.

The kitchen unit fits into a hall space leading from the entryway to the living room.

Like some of the other furniture, the cabinetry in here is purposefully mismatched.

The trashcan and recycling bin are in a large drawer next to the oven.

There are totem pole designs inside the cabinets.

Cutlery and dishes are ready to be used in the cabinets.

It’s a relatively small kitchen but does the job if you are making simple meals during your stay.

The dining space has a bench and three chairs.

It’s a decent-sized seating area and could seat about six people.

There’s a drawer underneath the bench.

There’s more totem artwork above the dining bench.

The double bedroom is to the right from the living room.

The round coffee table opens up for even more storage.

The sofa folds out into a bed, like most sofas in Disney resorts.

There’s a hidden Mickey on the front of the side table.

There’s a third style of dresser in living room too.

Each bedroom and the living room leads onto the long balcony.

There are two chairs and a table by each sliding glass door.

We had a beautiful view of the pool at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
